My mother is in her late eighties and relies upon me to sort out her financial affair: this has meant I have had to speak to your office on a number of occasions. Each time your staff have been helpful and friendly, also when they have said they would do something it was done, no chasing up needed. What a refreshing change, people are quick to criticise and slow to appreciate service given with that extra effort that makes such a difference to your customers. Its sad that good service has become rare and excellent service like yours almost extinct!
